It tastes great. However, it probably gives me about 40 grams of carbs right off the bat…and Mark Sisson continually preaches to stay at 150 grams or below to burn belly fat more efficiently and quicker.
This is the only part where I drift from a total Paleo diet. My girlfriend doesn’t think it is any big deal because I am just replenishing my body after a hard run/workout. It’s not like I get out of bed, eat breakfast, then go lay on the couch until noon.
