Because there are so many effective weight loss programs for women on the market these days the average consumer may find it nearly impossible to figure out how to get in shape quickly and effectively. So in this article on effective weight loss programs for women I am going to show you exactly what you need to do if you want to get rid of all your body fat as quickly as possible. Just remember that you will have to put forth a lot of effort here if you want to notice results. It is not possible to simply lose weight by taking a dietary pill or by eating some type of exotic fruit. If you want to get results that are going to last you are going to have to follow your program for a long period of time.
Now one of the first things you need to do to your weight loss program is make sure that it includes a very large amount of intense resistance training. If you simply do a lot of cardio on a daily basis you are never going to burn a lot of calories which in turn is going to limit your ability to get in excellent shape. So as a starting point I strongly recommend that you follow a program that includes a lot of intense and heavy resistance training. Although ironic, doing a lot of heavy resistance training will force your body to burn more calories because you will activate all your muscle fibers. Unfortunately, it is not possible to activate your muscle fibers unless you are doing a very large amount of weightlifting.
Because of this, I strongly recommend that you use heavy weights in circuit fashion for all of the major muscle groups within your body. By doing this, not only will you burn more calories but you also decrease your levels of estrogen while increasing your levels of testosterone. And remember that estrogen is a fat storing hormone and testosterone is a fat burning hormone.
